From the East: I-95 South to Exit 58. Turn left onto Route 77/Church Street and proceed .8 miles. Turn right onto Broad Street and then almost immediately turn left onto Whitfield Street, following it to the intersection (.2 miles), while remaining on Route 77 (thereby traveling around Guilford Town Green). Proceed straight at the Route 146 intersection, and continue on Whitfield Street for .4 miles. Bear right onto New Whitfield Street and proceed .5 miles. Then turn right onto Seaside Avenue and follow .3 miles toward the end. Jacob's Beach is on the left immediately before Seaside Avenue becomes private property.

From the West: I-95 North to Exit 58. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 77/Church Street. Proceed .7 miles. Turn right onto Broad Street and then almost immediately turn left onto Whitfield Street, following it to the intersection (.2 miles) while remaining on Route 77, thereby traveling around Guilford Town Green. Parts of the site offering views of the water are wheelchair accessible. Some facilities/uses listed may not be fully accessible to the mobility-impaired.

Site Description:

Jacob’s Beach is a small sandy beach with shells that offers a playscape for children, picnic tables, and a beach volleyball court. Swimming is best at high tide. Handicapped accessibility to kayak and canoe area is available. This site has car-top boat access, and racks for kayak storage are available for rent on-site adjacent to the car-top boat access area, with approximately a total of 100 spaces available.
