Directions:

From downtown Middletown head south on Main Street. Then turn left onto Union Street at the stoplight. You'll pass under Route 9 in .1 mile and then turn to the left for 100 feet. Take the immediate right into Harbor Park parking area

On The Water:

This is a great paddle. You paddle north from the Connecticut River Harbor Park access - upstream - watch the current and tide .

You can paddle up the Mattabesset River or down the Coginchuag River.
