Basic Information:

Park Pond is located in the town of Winchester in Litchfield County, approximately 7 miles northwest of the city of Torrington. The pond is fed by surface runoff and from a brook draining a small wetland. The watershed of the pond is 299 acres, the majority of which is wooded.
